Hi, this is Dr. Parson. I thought I might do a little series on lower back pain it's what commonly come into the office for. But I wanted to give you why, what, how, what can you do about it? B ut first you gotta start off with why and everybody asks me the questions well why did I get this, why does this happen. Well, you the top of the list uh number one thing is the way you live and the way you've been on a cumulative basis, all the time. And when I say cumulative it means the things you do every day in your life. Because it's hard to blow your back out one time. It's a cumulative trauma and cumulative trauma that we're going to address, the number one reason for backs to fail: forward bend with slight twist you probably know it or knowing you've had it before. But that's what set it up and that's finally the breaking so we're going to address that in how you squat, what can you do about it without  going into all these stretches. You've got plenty of stuff on the internet, YouTube not on that but um the daily life, what you do every day is what we need to address. So that's why you hurt your back and the earlier you start these things, you teach people around you, the better. So, that's the general reasons why we're going to address that first in our next segment.
