All right, Dr P. Here. Um, neck. Everybody's got, a lot of people got a neck problem, right? And you've got to work the right muscles, which can be difficult to get neck stretches and work the correct muscles. If you want to turn these off, you got to turn these on, alright? So there, there's Bruegger's, we'll use Bruegger as the example and Dr Bruegger's, I don't know. But there's modified Bruegger's and thousands of variations of Bruegger's. So, I'm going to give you the ones where she's going to reach around and clasp her hands in the back. Alright, so this is we're just going to keep it simple here. Squeeze, chest comes open. Chest gets contracted in bad posture. So, we want to work those right there. Keep chin tucked slightly and squeeze the glutes, all right. Push down, alright. Alright, now relax stay in this position. Now we're going to go through a little routine to get these turned on. Alright, shrug up, squeeze, push down. Here's the key movement, down those turn off when you do that. It's the only way to get them turned off, you rub them, and massage them all day and but it comes right back. The only way to turn these off, turn these on, squeeze glutes, boom, activates core. That's a simple modification of Bruegger's. Gets these right you cannot leave your head poking out on this all right so gentle relax okay got that some modified Bruegger's, up squeeze, squeeze down, squeeze again. Alright so that's a great one that's not really a stretch, it's a strengthening to turn these off all right okay thank you.
