Alright Dr. P here with some neck stretches. Probably gonna be interested in those we all need them at work and such. And here's an intense way to do it and there are many out there, but this one you get into it. So, if Diana would take her left hand and grab her right wrist, all right she's good. I got to do this too. So, we pull the right wrist over, all right? She drops her left ear to her left shoulder...feels nice. And she wants to pull that wrist, great. Feel that in your right side? Okay, all right. So now, another modification is taking the chin down to the left shoulder pull and you're going to get the different part of that trap, feels good. All right, I like it. Now here's one. Take your eyes and look up in the right-hand corner and let your let your chin follow. Now that’s about as far as I can go. Don't try to do too much with that it'll really get into all portions of the trap muscle and that's the one you need. All right that's the most overused muscle besides your mouth. Muscle master in your body. Okay so well done that's a good stretch.
